KM 0 philosophy (organic products)

Every morning, before firing up all the machinery at Kabia´s kitchen, Juanma droppes off into the garden to collect all sort of vegetables to cook that day and serve them fresh. This simple daily act, reflects our Farm to Table philosophy. However, Juanma cooks all kid of ingredients, whosever is the origin of it.

Juanma is in charge of the garden, a space where are labored with passion and love each seasonal ingredients. From removing the soil, watering it, taking care of the vegetables, seeding… After that tough work, there is a prize for it: a miracle from our mother nature, fresh and ecological vegetables are brought into Kabia and are cooked with love and so mjuch care.
